Written for those who want to believe it's possible.
That ain't even funny considering I start plyo this week for the next 8 weeks. Burpees suck! I can barely get my feet off the groud near the end. I don't do the push-up, though. Also, do a version with a tuck jump. Double front hops. The Dot drill. Frog jumps. 500 crunches. 500 jump ropes. Lots of other stupid stuff. Hell. It goes on for an hour. But, burpees really, really suck!!!
YOU ANIMALS!!! You made not have made the mile, but you did 350 more than I wanted. Hell, I had to take a nap at about 2 minutes into the video because I was tired and hurting. :)
