Back @ IT

Ran 7 miles to the gym.

light squats on the power rack. 4 x 15 Reps 135 lbs.

leg extensions 4 x 50 R @ 65 lbs
leg curls 4 x 40 R @ 65 lbs

Ran 3 miles home.

Went through all my kung fu material.

Even grilled boneless beef ribs on the grill and made my favorite, potatoes, garlic and pearl onions browned in olive oil.
