1st / 2nd September Workouts

Here are my workouts for the last 2 days:

1 Sept 2008

8am - 5 mile road race - Dry Comal Creek Whine Run 42 minutes 8:18 pace.

Gym:
30 Minutes of Heavy Bag, punching and kicks.
4 x 19 R @ 25lbs Lunge Squats
200 V-Ups
3x 10 R @ 20lbs Lateral Shoulder Raises
3x 10R @ 20lbs Side Shoulder Raises
2X 30R @ 20lbs Shoulder Shrugs
3x 25R @ 20lbs Curls
3x 20R @ 20lbs Tricep Extenstion
4X 5R Pull Ups
3x 30R @ 20lbs Stiff Leg Dead Lifts
4x 50R @ 65lbs Leg Extensions
2x 50R @ 50lbs Leg Curls

100 lying side leg raises
200 sit ups
1 hour kung fu
